What you will own
Role Overview
Kaai Innovations is looking for an experienced Web & Graphic Designer to create high-quality digital experiences and visual assets across web platforms, products, campaigns and corporate communications.
The role combines strong web/UI design capability with graphic and visual design skills. You will work closely with product, engineering and business teams to translate requirements into polished web interfaces, landing pages, dashboards, digital assets and brand-consistent communications.
We are looking for someone who can move comfortably between Figma and web interface design on one side, and visual/graphic design on the other, while maintaining a clean, professional and consistent design language.
Day-to-day delivery
Core Responsibilities
Design responsive websites, landing pages and web application interfaces
Create wireframes, layouts, UI concepts and high-fidelity designs in Figma
Design interfaces for desktop, tablet and mobile experiences
Develop and maintain reusable design components and design systems
Translate business and product requirements into clear, intuitive interfaces
Collaborate with developers during design implementation and handoff
Review implemented interfaces for consistency with approved designs
Create corporate and marketing graphics for digital campaigns
Design social media creatives, presentations, banners, brochures and flyers
Create visual concepts for new products and business initiatives
Maintain brand consistency across typography, colour, imagery and layouts
Prepare optimized design assets for web use
Manage multiple projects and maintain organized design files
Participate in creative discussions and contribute original concepts
Collaborate with international and distributed teams where required

Required Experience
3+ years of professional web, UI or digital design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating real web and graphic design work
Strong Figma skills
Strong understanding of responsive design
Good understanding of typography, spacing, colour and visual hierarchy
Ability to create professional interfaces rather than relying entirely on templates
Experience preparing production-ready assets and developer handoffs
Ability to turn business requirements into a design direction independently
Ability to receive feedback and iterate quickly
Strong communication, collaboration and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
